Institutional status statement published

The founding group of the World Religious Peace Parliament has published an institutional status statement on this website. It sets out, in plain language, that the Parliament is an institution under development, proposed for establishment in Italy, and that its governance model, campus concept and any future intergovernmental standing remain proposals subject to legal, governmental and institutional approvals.

The statement also records that the Parliament is not affiliated with the United Nations, the Holy See, any government or any religious institution, and that it does not represent any faith community or state without written authorization.
