Religious neutrality
No tradition controls the Parliament by reason of population, financial contribution, political influence or historical status. Every recognized community is treated with dignity.

Diversity should strengthen humanity, not divide it.
To build a world in which religious and cultural diversity strengthens humanity, and in which people of all faiths and backgrounds can live together peacefully, respectfully and with dignity.

Article 8
Political neutrality
The Parliament engages with governments, ministries and international organizations for peace purposes, but remains independent of political parties and electoral campaigns.
Article 46
Institutional independence
No founder, member, government, donor, religious institution or company owns the Parliament. It belongs to its mission and operates under its Constitution.
Languages and the chamber
Official languages
English, Italian and Arabic in the initial international phase. French, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Urdu, Russian and Portuguese to follow, supported by professional and AI-assisted interpretation.
The parliamentary hall
A circular or semicircular chamber in which no religious group sits at the centre and no single symbol dominates. At the centre: PEACE · DIGNITY · HUMANITY.
