Data we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us. Through the contact form this is your name, official position, organization, country, email address, enquiry category, subject and message.

• Contact and enquiry details you submit voluntarily
• Correspondence history relating to your enquiry
• Credential information you provide in support of a membership application

How we use it

Your information is used to answer your enquiry, to assess a membership or consultation request, and to keep an institutional record of correspondence. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis and consent

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in maintaining institutional correspondence. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Retention and deletion

Enquiry data is retained only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was given, and then deleted. You may ask us to delete your data, to correct it, or to send you a copy of it, by writing to ali@wrpp.org.

Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties except where required by law, or where you have asked us to refer your enquiry to a specific council or committee.
